Shipping policy

Each Kati's kit is lovingly made to order in my own studio. Because every piece is assembled by hand (not pulled off a shelf), please allow 3–9 days for me to prepare and pack your order with care before it ships. After that you will receive a tracking number to follow your order. 

Shipping times

Once your order is on its way with my trusted courier, delivery usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on where in the world you are. Due to ongoing global shipping disruptions, some routes are slower than usual right now, so please allow the full window before worrying. Your diy kit is on its way, and it's worth the wait.

In short:

Handmade processing: 3–9 days, Delivery: 2–6 weeks
Please allow up to ~7/8 weeks total before reaching out about a delay
